Product details

The Jabra PanaCast 40 VBS Express Install bundle is a complete, ready-to-go Microsoft Teams Rooms solution for small meeting rooms and huddle spaces. Combining the Jabra PanaCast 40 VBS video bar, a 43" CommBox 4K commercial display, and a tabletop stand, everything ships together and sets up fast — no ceiling runs, no custom builds, no specialist trades required. One person can have a fully operational meeting room up and running in around 90 minutes.

Key Features

  • 180° Field of View — The PanaCast 40 VBS uses a dual-camera system to capture the entire room in 4K, so everyone is seen — even those sitting close to the screen or along the sides.
  • AI-Powered Video Modes — Intelligent Zoom, Virtual Director, and Dynamic Composition automatically track speakers and adjust the frame in real time, keeping remote participants properly in the picture.
  • Six-Microphone Array — Adaptive beamforming picks up voices clearly across the room, with built-in noise suppression to cut out background distractions.
  • 43" CommBox 4K Display — A commercial-grade, non-smart 4K display built for 24/7 meeting room use, with a slim bezel, anti-glare panel, and full compatibility with Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms.
  • Tabletop Stand — White — A purpose-built stand that keeps everything neat and professional on the table, with cable management built in — no wall mounting or drilling needed.
  • Microsoft Teams Rooms Certified — Built on Microsoft's MDEP platform for trusted device management, with full Teams Rooms integration straight out of the box.
  • Jabra+ Remote Management — IT teams can monitor, update, and manage devices across multiple rooms from a single platform, keeping everything running without needing to be on-site.
