Product details

The Jabra PanaCast 40 VBS Express Install bundle is a complete, ready-to-go small room video conferencing solution. It pairs the Jabra PanaCast 40 VBS Android-powered video bar with a CommBox 43" 4K Meeting Room Display and a tabletop stand, giving you everything you need to get a huddle space up and running fast. With Express Install for Microsoft Teams Rooms, you can have the whole setup going in under 12 minutes — no fuss, no specialist required.

Key Features

  • 180° Field of View — Dual 8MP cameras capture the entire room in one shot, so no one gets cropped out of the call, even in compact spaces.
  • Express Install — The PanaCast 40 VBS is designed to be wall-mounted and fully configured in under 12 minutes, with in-box provisioning that lets you pre-configure the device before you even unpack it on site.
  • AI-Powered Video Modes — Virtual Director, Intelligent Zoom, and Dynamic Composition automatically track speakers and adjust framing, so remote participants always get a clear view of who's talking.
  • Six-Microphone Array — Beamforming mics with a pickup range of up to 4.5 metres deliver clear, natural audio across the room, with non-speech noise suppression keeping distractions at bay.
  • CommBox 43" 4K Display — A commercial-grade, non-smart 4K Ultra-HD panel with anti-glare coating and slim bezels, purpose-built for meeting rooms and certified for Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms.
  • Flexible Deployment — Runs natively on Microsoft Teams Rooms or Zoom Rooms, with BYOD support as well. Managed remotely via Jabra+ for straightforward device oversight across multiple rooms.
  • Tabletop Stand Included — The bundle includes a black tabletop stand for the display, so you've got options for rooms where wall mounting isn't practical.

Why Choose This Product?

If you're looking to get a small meeting room video-ready without the drawn-out deployment process, this bundle is a top-notch choice. Everything arrives together and is designed to work together, so there's no guesswork around compatibility.
