Larger than the Sync 20, the microphone pick up range on the Sync 40 is up to 2.5m so this is really for 3 or 4 people or a room approx 5m x 5m. If you have 2 units you can use the Bluetooth to join them together for a larger meeting. So you can have 1 each for a couple of huddle rooms and bring them together for larger meetings.
