The IMPACT SDW 5014 is a DECT wireless headset. The base unit connects to connects to a PC (or laptop) via standard USB or, if you have a phone with a USB HEADSET port it may also work (call us to check!). The Sennheiser SDW 5014 also connects to Bluetooth enabled devices. This is the new version of the hugely popular and frankly brilliant DW Pro 1 USB and also comes with extra wearing style options. It is compatible with Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams and all major softphone applications.

The IMPACT SDW 5014 model comes with a headband, earhook AND neckband in the box. The IMPACT SDW 5014 connects Via USB to your PC or Laptop, or Bluetooth enables devices via the BTD 800 Dongle.

EPOS | Sennheiser are keeping the ULTRA noise cancelling microphone (they have 2 noise cancelling mics!) which is VERY good news for anyone in an noisy office who wants to sound like they're in their own private office.
