• No Call Waiting :-(

  I finally decided to pay more than 20 buck for a headset and it was worth it. My major complaint is that you can't answer call waiting from the headset. What good is having a good range if I have to run back to answer call waiting?

  The only thing I found annoying is the volume keeps going back down to mid volume after a call. I have to increase the volume each time I make or receive a call. I wish it would stay at the volume I set. Perhaps I am missing something.

  Very good product. I tried several BT device this one is the best when it comes to clarity and styling! Sound is very clear! I bought the Voyager pro recently as an upgrade to my voyager pro. Satisfied with this product!!

  I'm used to get at least 3 headsets a year that means I've used a lot of them from different brands. The best brand that I used was "Plantronics" and this one in particular was the best ever. The only problem is the call waiting.
