  Did plenty of research before buying this product.
  
  Arrived well ahead of expected time.
  
  Product is excellent and people at other end of the phone have all indicated better clarity compared to my last (bluetooth) headset that recently stopped working.
  
  One word of warning (which was not a problem for me) - the headset does not come with an adapter that would allow your regular telephone handset to be used in its place. I was happy to use the headset 100% of the time, but for those that would prefer the flexibility of switching from one to the other I would recommend also purchasing one of the training adapters available.
