30 Day Customer Guarantee


No quibble 30 Day satisfaction guarantee for Plantronics headsets.

1) Within 30 days from the date you received your products(s) you must contact OfficeLife customer service on 1300 33 54 33 to obtain approval to return an item. At this time you must select a replacement product.


2) Items must be received by OfficeLife on or within 30 days from the date you first received your product(s).


3) Items must be returned in an "as new" condition and housed in all original packaging, including any user guides etc. If an item is returned without original packaging, in a used condition or without user guides etc, then OfficeLife reserves the right to reject the returned item. This rejected item will be returned to you and your original payment for this product will be applicable.


4) Items must be returned to OfficeLife via courier, or similar, so you can obtain a Proof of Delivery from OfficeLife. This proves your returned items have been received by OfficeLife.


5) OfficeLife accepts no responsibility for lost or missing returned items, and returned items are returned at your risk.


6) If the replacement headset you want is cheaper than your original selection the difference will be refunded less the shipping cost.


7) If the replacement headset is more expensive than the original headset you selected then you will need to pay the difference plus the additional shipping cost.


8) Please note that this guarantee does not cover Interquartz Telephones, Plantronics .Audio computer headsets and headsets for cordless phones such as M214C, MX500C and MX500i.


9) Please note that this is not a money back guarantee. OfficeLife does not offer a money back guarantee.
