History behind OfficeLife:

David McCardle (Managing Director of OfficeLife) created the idea behind OfficeLife after working in offices for over 25 years in the telecommunications field solving companies telecommunications challenges. David felt that companies should look for products that not only increase efficiencies but also make the working/office life of their employees better and more enjoyable.

Simply stated, Good old-fashioned service that makes our customers feel special. After all, our customers put trust in OfficeLife by purchasing from us and so we return that trust by providing the initial sales support with follow up lifetime after sales service. Introducing our key "Team Members" that make OfficeLife tick:

Michael: Our "customer advocate". If you mess with a customer you mess with Michael. Strong customer service is in his blood. Michael gives our customers "good old-fashioned" service.
The office is never quiet when Michael is talking to a customer... thankfully, he does plenty of emailing!

Ernest: The quiet achiever in our customer service area. ER, as we call him, works with his head down and "other part" up! Each day ER scans our customer orders to ensure all goes well and that our customers receive a great buying experience from OfficeLife.
ER has a passion for mexican food and as you might imagine, mexican food likes him a lot...it kinda hangs around him in the most unwanted places!

Duc: One of our web team members, Duc loves all things web, especially design. Duc never lets go of a website issue or problem until he finds a solution. He is a borderline "nocturnalis" (if that is a word?) as he prefers to work late into the night/early morning on our website.
Duc is quick to point out that his name is not pronounced "Duck"..."it is Duc not Duck" he says, but unfortunately many of our staff can't get their tongues around Duc!

Kat: Kat is into writing and loves describing products in everyday terms. She has a knack of writing great product descriptions and our blog in such a way that you don't get bored by heaps of "techy talk".
Kat owns a little "vicious" dog that she insists on bringing to work. So far, all of us have been bitten...(ouch!)

Alvin: Our "virtual" resident "tech head". He simply loves our new compatibility guide and will not stop talking about it... so we decided to name it after him, "Alvin".
He is often seen around the office testing new headsets for performance and compatibility. If Alvin was a "real" person then he would spend most of his social time at trade-shows and collecting toy robots.

Admin/Store: These guys just don't want to be named as they see themselves as the "Quiet Achievers" of OfficeLife. And it is true, their outstanding hard work gets clients orders out on time.
(the bean-counters among them count beans, what more can we say!)

David: The founder of OfficeLife has a passion for headsets. When watching a movie he is always quick to "loudly" point out the brand, model, price etc etc of any headset that appears... much to the displeasure of anyone wanting to actually "watch" the movie, grrrr!!!
Some in the office feel David gets in the way so Kat frequently sets her little "vicious" dog on him.
