Since receiving their headsets, our internal sales staff have improved and increased productivity. They can now continue to talk to a customer while they move around the office, which improves process times and is a positive for the customer and their query. In addition, whilst not at desk they can answer a phone call and start assisting a customer. We are all very happy. I was particularly impressed with the speedy delivery. These headsets are excellent...I’ll definitely be recommending them to those interested in these headset to contact you. Thanks for all your help and assistance in delivery excellence too. I will be recommending your company and sales team to others.

Since receiving their headsets, our internal sales staff have been wrapped with the improved flexibility and in turn increased productivity they offer.  They can now continue to talk to a customer while they move across the office to find a file, rather than having to ring them back, which improves process times and is a positive for the customer, who now gets a quick answer to their query.  In addition, even if they’re not at their desk, they can answer a phone call and start helping a customer.

"I will never go back to a headset with a cord. The CS60 wireless gives me total freedom to get up from my desk while talking so I can move around and do other things. Even get a coffee! I should have got one a long time ago."

"I LOVE my wireless headset. I am a mother of four working from home part-time in training and development. My ear piece makes it all happen. I also have 3 bulging cerviucal discs,. and I can work for hours without pain from holding a phone to my ear. Sound quality is great and the muting device works very well. I wanted to tell you how happy I am with your product."
